  • 10 Week Sessions: $40/Residents, $50/Non-Residents
  • $6.00 - Drop-in 

Aerobics


  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
  • 10 Week Session: $40/Residents, $50/Non-Residents
  • $6.00 - Drop-in
  • Includes workouts with balance balls, weights and other equipment, which is supplied

Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class


Gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion to maintain muscle strength, and to increase overall stamina.

Arthritis Tai Chi Class
