KICKBOXING

A series of punches and kick combinations that can be modified to be low or high impact depending on your level. Kick all your stress away and improve your cardiovascular system as you do something just for you. Space is limited to 30 participants.

CARDIO STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength exercise, or resistance training, works your muscles by using resistance, like a dumbbell or your own body weight. Space is limited to 15 participants.
