WHEN ARE TAX BILLS MAILED AND WHEN ARE THEY DUE?
Summer is mailed July 1st and due by August 31st without penalty. Beginning September 1st a 4% penalty plus ½% interest per month will be added.

o Winter is mailed December 1st and due by February 14th without penalty. Beginning February 15th a 3% penalty will be added.

Beginning March 1st all delinquent taxes must be paid at the Wayne County Treasurer with additional penalty.
