If a home or business has a NEW meter and a RADIO READ DEVICE and we are able to get a read from the outside a service person would not have to go inside.

If a home or business has an older meter, does not have a radio read device or the account has an estimated reading, the service person must get an inside reading and an outside reading. Also, at the time of the final reading, the service person would change out the older meter and install a NEW meter. install a radio read device or determine why the account is being estimated and the correct the issue.
