No. The Youth Assistance Program is designed for youth, ages 12 to 16, who are beginning to show problems with their behavior, school grades, and conduct. Sometimes, through our random drug screen program, we are able to identify youth who are using drugs or alcohol. These youth are referred to a drug intervention program that will better meet their needs.
