CAN A HOME OR BUSINESS HAVE A SEPARATE METER FOR A POOL OR SPRINKLER SYSTEM?
No, the cost for the sewer services provided by the City are portionately billed to its users.  Separating items like pools or sprinkler systems unfairly pushes those costs onto the other users.
