I HAVE A LARGE RESIDENTIAL LOT AND WANT TO SPLIT IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You shall apply for a lot split through the City Assessor’s Office. City Council has the final authority to grant a lot split, and typically takes 1 ½ -2 ½ months for review and determination.
