WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN ABANDONED VEHICLE?
Any vehicle, whether on public or private property, that is not plated, insured, and not in a state of disassembly. (Other than a minor repair tune-up, brakes, tire change) The vehicles owner will be ticketed under Ordinance #92.03(c) this is a Misdemeanor.
