Focus: HOPE Food Box for Seniors
Starting in August, Focus: HOPE will provide boxes of food for low-income Garden City residents who are 60 years old or older once per month. Stop by the Maplewood Community Center or call (734) 793-1859 for eligibility requirements and how to register.

Go For Zero Project
The Garden City "Go for Zero” Underage Drinking Prevention project utilizes a two-pronged approach that will prevent and reduce underage drinking by enhancing intergovernmental cooperation and coordination on the prevention of alcohol use among youth and young adults ages 12-20; as well as, increasing resident participation and greater collaboration among all sectors and organizations of the Garden City community to foster a long-term commitment to reducing alcohol use among its youth.
