Cardio Drumming in the Park

CARDIO DRUMMING

Cardio drumming is an aerobic exercise that is more fun than any exercise you have ever done. You take a pair of drumsticks, an exercise ball, and a stand to place it on. You will then use the floor and the ball as your drum, beating them in rhythm to the music. Your whole body will be engaged, but you won’t feel like stopping because of how much fun it is.

Location:  Maplewood Community Center, Gym

Bring your own set (ball, base, and sticks) OR rent a set for $5.  Sets will be available to purchase for $30.

YOGA

Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
