Garden City Resident Covid-19 Vaccine Information

Garden City Residents 18 and older Can Receive Covid-19 Vaccine
through City of Dearborn

COVID Vaccine is now available at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center for Garden City residents 18 and older!  No preexisting condition is necessary.

Wayne County has selected Dearborn to administer vaccines to residents in Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Allen Park, Garden City, Inkster, Redford and Melvindale.

Vaccinations are by appointment only and will take place at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Ave. This is not a walk-in clinic and no one without an appointment will be served.

Those with appointments are asked to go through the theater entrance, which is on the west side of the building.

Masks are required to enter and remain in the building and must cover your mouth and nose. Those with appointments will be asked to show their I.D. and will be screened at the door prior to receiving the vaccine.

Vaccines are administered by the Dearborn Fire Department.  People will receive a date for their second appointment once they receive their shot.

The City of Dearborn is following the criteria established by Wayne County for who qualifies for a vaccination. As of March 3, Wayne County has specified that only people who are 18 and older with pre-existing conditions those 50 and older
can receive the vaccines allocated to Dearborn. Criteria may change rapidly.
