PART TIME - DEPUTY COURT CLERK

General Summary:
The 21st District Court, located in Garden City, is accepting applications for a Part-Time Deputy Court Clerk. Under the general supervision of the Court Administrator, responsibilities include but are not limited to performing a variety of tasks in the processing of criminal/traffic tickets, cashiering and other clerical duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Pass a criminal background check.
3. Prior clerical experience in a court or law office preferred.
4. Computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5. Knowledge of JIS (Judicial Information System) preferred.
6. Pass testing requirements to be a certified LEIN (Law Enforcement Information Network) operator within 6 months of employment and recertify as applicable.
7. Possess good organizational, filing, verbal and writing skills.
8. Possess attention to detail and accuracy in work performance.
$18.00 hourly
